Article Review Guidelines

The Online Article Review System has been designed to expedite the process of manuscript evaluation by the journal’s peer reviewers. The general steps of this process for reviewers are as follows:

1. Reviewer Registration as a System User

Note: This step is typically performed by the site administrator.

To participate as a reviewer in the system, you must first register as a user on the journal’s platform. Complete the membership form available on the site.

2. Assigning Reviewer Access and Defining Areas of Expertise

Note: This step is typically performed by the site administrator.

Once user registration is completed, the administrator can, via the Electronic Review section → Introducing Reviewers, grant dedicated review access and specify the reviewer’s area(s) of expertise within the system.

3. Assigning a Manuscript for Review and Sending Notification Email

Note: This step is performed by the site administrator.

Following the configuration of the review settings and the introduction of reviewers, the administrator may assign submitted manuscripts to relevant subject‑matter reviewers. Simultaneously, an email notification will be sent to the reviewers to inform them of the assignment.

4. Reviewer Login to the Platform

To access the system, simply enter your username and password in the relevant fields on the main page.
